Recap Information

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) does not require a driver to complete the "Recap section on a logbook, however your company can require you to complete it.  A recap when completed daily allows the driver to know how many hours have been worked  for the past 6/7 day cycle, how many hours are gained at midnight.  It is highly recommend that you complete this for your benefit (your wallet).

DDL has 5 different recaps that can be used. To change your recap setting go to: SETTINGS/LOG SHEET, RECORDS, REPORTS, PRINT, AUDIT, LOG SHEET 1/RECAP DISPLAY OPTIONS  - Then click on the recap you wish to use. Make sure you click on OK at the top left to save your settings.
