11 Hour Rule
A driver may not drive more than
11
hours following 10 consecutive hours off-duty.
There are no violations on Day 1.
There are no violations on Day 2. Example # 1 -- 11 Hour Rule -- In this example the driver drove 11 consecutive hours. The driver than followed by 10 consecutive hours in the sleeper. (Begun on Day 1 and continued on Day 2) *NOTE* The driver could of logged the 10 consecutive hours off-duty or used a combination of off-duty and sleeper to get the 10 consecutive hours. |
